THE ANVIL CLUB HOUSE RULES

Guest Policy a member must accompany all guests or guest must contact our membership relations department for a guest pass 847.426.7710.

Cell Phones are prohibited from being used in the dining areas. Please turn them off or set to vibrate or silent prior to entering the club. The lobby is the designated area for cell phone use.

Children are welcomed at the Anvil Club and must be accompanied by a Member. Children of all ages are allowed on Sunday’s only and during special events. Young Adults 18 and older are allowed (when accompanied by a member) on any day of the week. Members are requested to honor this policy at all times.

Reservations may be made during normal business hours Monday – Friday 9:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. and during the evening hours Tuesday – Sunday from 4:30 P.M. – 9:00P.M. We request that all reservations be honored within 15 minutes of scheduled times. If you plan on having a cocktail in the lounge prior to dining, your reservations should be made for the time you desire to be seated for dinner.

Event Cancellation Policy if you cannot attend an event we ask that you cancel your reservation by 3pm two business days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations after this time will be charged in full to the member’s account.

Proof of Membership we required that you have your membership card with you at all times in order to gain access to the Club and to be seated. Your signature is required on all guest checks. The club does not offer membership to anyone under 21. We reserve the right to cancel a membership in the event the member’ card is given to a non-member to use. Membership shall be forfeited, at the sole discretion of the General Manager, for unbecoming conduct.

Gratuity In order to ensure that we continue to attract and retain the most professional service staff, build a true team environment and maintain the level of excellence you have come to expect, we will automatically include an 18% service charge on your bill when you use the Club. This service charge will be shared by all service personnel.

Of course, you are welcome to give more if you wish, and if you ever have a concern about service, please bring it to the attention of the floor manager or the General Manager, Barry Hubscher.
